Fair Work Information Statement Updated

The Fair Work Information Statement has been updated, effective 1 July 2012.

An updated version of the Fair Work Information Statement (FWIS) has been released incorporating the indexed salary for the high income threshold, effective 1 July 2012. Download the updated version from the Your HRmanager website

Just a reminder that under the National Employment Standards, employers must give every new employee a Fair Work Information Statement before, or as soon as possible after, a new employee starts working for them.

Employers should keep a record of the date that the FWIS is provided and whether it is handed personally to the employee, emailed or mailed.
